Eligibility Criteria for Exchange

1. IMEI Matched Box

    

   • The phone being exchanged must be accompanied by its original box, and the IMEI number on the box must match the IMEI of the device.
2. Physical Condition

    

   • The phone must be in good physical condition with no visible physical damage, such as cracks, dents, or deep scratches.
   • Devices with replaced parts or modifications (e.g., non-original screens, batteries, or components) will not be eligible for exchange.
3. Model Age

    

   • Only models that are not older than 2 years from the currently running models in our inventory are eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process

1. Inspection
   • All exchanged devices will undergo a thorough inspection to verify their condition, originality of parts, and compliance with the eligibility criteria.
2. Valuation
   • The exchange value of the phone will be determined based on its condition, market demand, and age. This value can be used as credit toward the purchase of a new device.
3. Approval and Credit
   • Once approved, the determined value will be deducted from your new device’s price.

Important Notes

• Devices failing to meet the above criteria will not qualify for exchange.
• Exchange offers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.
• Fortune Gadget reserves the right to modify the exchange policy without prior notice.
