Sold products are non-refundable. If there are no visible issues with the purchased product or if the customer simply does not like it, the product can be exchanged according to Fortune GadgetExchange Policy. A minimum of 10% and a maximum of 25% will be deducted from the product’s value based on its condition. The purchased product cannot be exchanged for a different product under any circumstances.

Customers cannot change the product after couriering the ordered product.
If the esteemed customer does not collect the product after couriering the ordered product, the advance payment will be deducted.
If the customer wants to change the product before the product is couriered, if the desired product is in our stock, he can change it, but he will not be able to take the payment refund.
